Satisfaction: If at any time for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you have received, please see below for complete return instructions.

Warranty: We extend no guarantee beyond that supplied by the manufacturers, and imply no warranty as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any item. The liability of Stone Bros. & Byrd is limited to the purchase price at the time of shipment.

Damage Claims: Claims due to shipping damage must be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Contact us for instructions.

Shipping Policy and Charges

Our shipping prices are calculated in real-time using integrated UPS software. The input variables are 1) our location 2) shipping destination and 3) the weight of the shipment. How quickly the shipment is preferred to arrive determines the scale of the cost based on the aforementioned variables.

All shipments are sent via UPS. Options range from Ground to Next Day, except in the two non-contiguous states (AL, HI) where Ground is not available. Once your order is received and shipped, the buyer will receive an email with a UPS tracking link to monitor and track their shipment from pickup to delivery.

To find out the cost of a shipment based on different shipping methods, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout area. After entering your shipping destination information, the prices will be calculated and viewable in the next step of the checkout process, but before actual purchase.

Refund Policy and Return Instructions

Most orders can be refunded if returned to us within 30 days of delivery. After the 30 day period we make no guarantee of refund even if the product is returned to us. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. You must include your order packing slip with the return package. Please note whether you want the product replaced or exchanged, purchase price refunded (excluding shipping), or receive a Stone Bros. & Byrd Gift Certificate.

• Complete the "Return Form" at the bottom of the packing slip which was included in the original package.
• Pack the merchandise and return form in a well-sealed shipping box, in the original package if possible.
• Ship by your chosen method. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
• To ensure that your return goes smoothly, please use a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number, and email that number to us with your order# and intent to return.
